      Less of analytics, more of fun and diplomacy by Managers

      Pros

      - Good work only if you know visualization tools and reporting using excel - Lots of fun and gifts - Trainings are ok

      Cons

      - Less of analytics work and ML - More diplomacy by higher authorities and unnecessary poking to employers - WFH flexibility entirely depends on manager , if manager is good then WFH otherwise no WFH - Asking permission to manager for everything - Less of learning scope
