      Unlimited Work from Home Free meals - Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks Yearly increment is better than industry avg and is easy to achieve A below avg performer can manage to get an above avg annual hike (that’s how the current appraisal system is)

      Fractal has marketed itself as core AI form, but there very few AI projects Overall the quality of work is substandard and most of the projects are of BI / Data Engineering HR dept is not autonomous - highly influenced by senior mgt No growth opportunities at all for newer ppl (1-2 yrs old in the org). Promotions are highly dependent on your tenure in the org and your relation with your manager rather than performance Most of the ppl who’ve spent 5+ yrs in the org lack analytical / data science knowledge and are still given the responsibility of managing ML/AI projects, which makes difficult to work with them. Huge disparity in compensation Performance is in no way linked to annual increment
