      %50-%50 capacity allocation can be a burden. most times as there is always overlap in the time one commits to a project, especially while working on two projects can be time consuming. But this does help in improving the project management skills indirectly in some manner.

      Middle management asks you to stay in the same project even though you are not liking it. Highly client-oriented, which is not good all the time.
