      - Very high ethically driven organization - Employee centered - Tremendous growth opportunities available - Elsewhere unheard HR policies - Cutting edge technologies to explore within the company - Approachable Senior leadership - Long term vision very clear (only focusing on strategic clients) - No micro management

      Cons

      - Functions don't talk to each other (very formal outlook) - No steps taken to curb attrition which is increasing off late - Policies change too frequently - No major R&R programs for corporate functions - awards are more endowed upon employees with tech skills

      Pros

      Great learning curve and opportunities. Lots of responsibilities given to improve work efficiency and confidence in capabilities. Pressure handling and workload management are learnt throughout the path.

      Cons

      No opportunities given to transition out of a project. The work hence becomes monotonous and leads to demotivation in the employee. Also, lack of appreciation of efforts and poor allocation of work also affects the delivery.
