A very very bad place to be in and the company just sits as a blind audience

- Its very convenient for the employees but its majorly misused by the middle management and the people who don't properly - Work life balance but depends on the project and the people

Cons

- Too much of favouritism and stupid managers who won't make the little of efforts and push everything on the analyst -Too much of politics and harassment leading to extreme unsatisfaction of employees -Managers bring all the problems to you at the last minute and give unrealistic tasks to you with unrealistic timelines that too especially for the people who work - People who don't work properly get all benefits and stay happy in the organization

Very bad management and leadership team. Too much of bias and favoritism seen across the organisation - be it promoting people, rewarding people or sending onsite.
