Good work environment, good induction training, good and helpful seniors, bus services provided, flexible timings and good opportunities to learn new stuff.
Cons
A new position of associate analyst (as usually analysts were recruited). Clear distinction made on designation itself and distinction in salary comes along instead of the fact that all being freshers just out of college.
