      Short sighted management, inefficient enabling functions

      Pros

      Good exposure to work and good amount of team work. Ethical environment. Focused on values/integrity

      Cons

      Short sighted top management, every year a new experiment is done proving that the older one failed. Nepotism. Employees who know the right people are favored. Inefficient enabling functions. They move employees to US without any guidelines. US policies are not at all employee-centric. No firing policy. People screwing up projects/not performing well are sitting at the top levels.

      Pros

      Good learning place, good teams, good place to start career, learn and move ahead. If you are self motivated individual, you can find good people in the company to learn from.

      Cons

      Poor salaries, Used to be great 3 years back. Loosing the culture of fun in work. Too much revenue focused. If you are not staffed on a project, you are just a pool of resource nobody to take care of.
