      Being Grossly Mismanaged Currently, Hiring people externally in spite of under utilization of current employees

      Pros

      Used to be one of the Best organizations to work, currently in a downtrend. Still retains the DNA but needs to get its act together fast to stop the rot

      Cons

      Less Projects, which leads to massive under utilization of current employees. People are hired externally with internal employees not getting adequate projects or opportunities. Current employees pay the price of this mismanagement with instability in their careers and their variable cut out.

      I want to work where everybody is given equal chance irrespective of his contacts in organisation(Read Nepotism). Mr. Velamakanni , Can you tackle that, because the problem remains, and IJP process is not tackling that !

      Cons

      I am a Underemployed person doing a underskilled job. Whereas Job that requires commensurate to skills go to those who are sweet talkers or juniors of some IITian. Request you to take measures for that
