Many infact...Poor compensation...Too much of internal politics...If you have to move to the next level all you need to do is boot licking of your senior management....Talent is less recognized here....You impress your seniors pampering them with your sweet way of communication and then get a good hike or promoted..this is all what happens!!! Repeated boring work for most of the time....Onsite again only for boot lickers!!! HR department is pathetic again...
