      Pros

      Good Working Culture, Flexible Timing, People Principle: which help you choose your own boss, No one micro-manages your work, If you have your sense of responsibility then this would be the best company you would like to work with.

      Cons

      There are some challenges as middle management are not upto that expertise and technically are not sound which may trouble you at times.
