      -Very flexible and friendly working environment and awesome culture. -Easily approachable senior officials. -Feels like the best environment to work in.

      Cons

      -Some projects are very repetitive in terms of the nature of work and thus offer a stagnant learning after a certain stage. -Few onsight opportunities. -Salaries not upto the level.
