Cheap mentally people who get hired laterally at Lead or Consultant level and have no idea about the company culture or the kind of work which is being executed 2.These leads or consultants feels that doing hands-on work is well below their pay-grade and does not show any inclination towards learning the work and share the work-load. 3.These leads or consultants will leave at 6 pm sharp whereas the entire team of Analysts and Senior Analysts will slog till mid night 4. The 8-9 hours spent by the Leads or Consultants in the office is broken down as follows - Play online games...Skype with their spouses...Involve in back-bitching and playing politics to take away the credits of Analysts or Senior Analysts... 5.As per our CEO every employee of Fractal is first an Analyst and then his respective designation, so according to him every employee should know hands-on work. When this point was raised in one of the team meetings, one of the VP level employee said he disapproves of what the CEO preaches.
