Pros
Having worked here for significant years with a lot of prior experience, I can safely say that Fractal is the best place to work in this industry. Just a few things off the top of my head are 1) The work culture, flexibility offered to employees is unseen in other similar companies. Your personal life is treated equally important as work life, and even the clients are attuned to it now. 2) You will work with the best individuals with a lot of knowledge to learn from, and there are plenty of trainings organized internally and externally for employees to learn more. 3) There are lots of opportunities to travel onsite 4) Lots of fun groups for people to be a part of - You like doing something, start a club.
Cons
Salaries for middle management are low - I wouldn't say compared to others because I have not looked at other organizations. But going by the amount of work at mid-management level, the monetary motivation is very low.
