The kind of expertise people have here as data scientists, statisticians, analysts, software programmers and managers is amazing. Plus the organisation is growing as rapid yet steady pace, which will translate into growth for all its employees. The work-life balance in this firm is amazing. You have the option to choose your project, your vertical, even your manager. There are options of flexible timings, including the work-from-home option. The recently implemented people principles mean that there is absolutely no micro-management, giving you space to innovate and learn however you deem fit.

I have joined Fractal 4 of months back and it might be little too early to write an overall review. But I would definitely like to share my experience of past 4 months. Fractal is a company with great work culture. I have around 5+ years of experience and I have not seen such an amazing culture anywhere. People principle allows you to choose domain of your interest and if you are capable enough, nobody stops you to be a free run. How many companies allow you to choose your own boss? Fractal is one among those very few. If you have talent, nobody can stop you from growing. This company has a great pool of talent and the best part is everyone here is so young which completely matches your frequency. Work from home, no leaves bucket (sick, casual, earned), you can consume more leaves than allocated without any loss of pay, pays higher than industry, no particular login or logout time, no fixed hours needed in office, from morning breakfast to lunch to evening snacks everything is complimentary. WOW!! Totally helps in balancing your personal and professional life. It is true that no company is perfect and Fractal is no exception, but people makes organization perfect. This is 14 year old company and still gives you feeling of a new start up (which I think is amazing). This is the best place I have learned (by experience and observation) and would really love to be associated for long run. I think Fractal believes one simple thing, “you take care of client and we will take care of you”
