Pros

Great work-life balance with very flexible timings, I have often worked from home with no issues at all. No one breathes down your neck when you work, the autonomy is incredible. Well-stocked cafeteria and larder, a young workforce and exposure to a wide variety of analytical tools and softwares

Cons

Administration is rather lax, and the office space is very cramped currently due to the rapidly expanding employee count. Though Fractal's People Principles have improved the work culture, a lot needs to improved in terms of the implementation of these principles.

Pros

1.The enthusiastic lot of the analysts and senior analysts. Its amazing how these people relentlessly put in hours of hard work to get things right. They may be wrong or, misled but all they want to do is do it right. 2. The CEO - the man to respect who puts in everything to put things in the right order

Cons

1. Since we are not doing rocket science let's not make it sound like one. Its analytics and let's call it that. There are managers who has no idea of what to do how to do and blindly follow whatever they are asked to do and these are the same ppl who ask us to think out of the box. I believe 1 st you need to know where the box is! And what's already there in the box. No homework whatsoever, these managers are getting rusted by not working at all. C'mon sir!! If your responsibility is to distribute work load you really don't have to be a senior consultant at fractal analytics. You can do that by being anyone else. Good projects but lack of clarity from managers leads to waste of time which leads to lesser time to improve on the current stand which leads to no improvement in quality.
