      Organization with lot of hidden tricks

      Pros

      Relocation options and client communication. It is still in naive state not well established.

      Cons

      Slow learning curve. You will reach stagnant stage in few months. They neither let you grow nor go. Keep rotating doing same works. Very limited grooming and low pay checks. Indirect comments and biased views based on favoritism. Managers harassment demotivates employees.

      Bad Management

      Pros

      CEO and management team in India is good

      Cons

      Senior management in US is dysfunctional. Most are bullies with no corporate experience. They have great designations but don’t know how to manage people. They don’t set good example for juniors. One of their most senior employee keeps bragging about how the US office was setup by him, and he is hounded by MSigma to join them and has so many offers from companies.
