      1. Flexibility at work 2. Open Culture 3. Options of Internal Projects and Client driven projects 4. Technical Training's

      Cons

      1. Lack of analytical experience in Managers, Most of them hired from IT industry and they think analytics is piece of cake for anybody and everything can be automated like robot to generate insights. 2. Senior Management expects middle managers to be very skillful but they do not focus on any coaching for middle program or project managers, There are only few who are given a chance if they are exceptionally good in eyes of senior management. No equal growth opportunities for others

      Nice work culture , Transparent & Friendly atmosphere . Balance between Professional & Personal Life and good pay scale. Having worked with companies like TCS , Nielsen found Fractal which is better then them in a lot of way
