      The industry is transforming clients' business needs, Fractal is at the forefront of solving Insight/Impact problems. Hence, the environment and typical day are challenging, exciting and filled with opportunities to learn and make an impact. Very supportive Management team that is focused on growing the right way.

      Pros

      flexibility, work culture, people, attitude towards work. Fractal has helped me a lot in grooming myself since it was my first job. I was lucky to work with some of the great people and managers.
