      CEO strongly believe in ethics and values. If you have talent there is no stopping you. The company has an excellent track record of achieving its goals year after year.

      Some Managers, including top Management practice favoritism. Administrative functions seriously needs synchronized approach.

      HR needs to take their work seriously rather than making employees happy only with small gestures, coupons, etc Admin, IT & HR need to work together to make it a great place
