      Pros

      1. Flexible environment: From timing to choice of projects, if your preferences can be accommodated, they will be. 2. Responsibilities: You can ask for more ownership and it is not denied. 3. Lower management is awesome with its approachable and friendly outlook.

      Cons

      1. Lack of a direction or at least direction is not communicated properly to "general public" 2. Treatment of employees as disposable (replaceable in civilized diplomatic terms)
