      Pros

      Great people - super nice, happy, very smart braniacs. Check out the video on the website, gives a good view of the people. Collegial and open culture, encouraging and supportive. Management with vision that really gets people, technology, marketing and social. Lots of fun challenging work with a lot of variety and autonomy.

      Cons

      Too much to do where the people who know the most are bottlenecked. Some people working really hard and long hours and some people not as busy.

      1. Rapid growth means infrastructure and systems are not scaling as rapidly as the business 2. Global nature of business means working across time zones
