      Great peer group. Client facing opportunities. Smaller Teams.

      Cons

      No regards towards work-life balance. No incentive for doing great job. Differentiation between Mediocre work and great work is negligible. No work done towards retention of good employees.

      Pros

      It is a young, vibrant and a flexible organization. Good onsite opportunities, friendly environment, opportunities to learn-specially in the initial years.

      Cons

      Needs to be more diversified in profiles and industries. Need for more experienced PhD Statistics and Economics in the organization.
