      Pros

      A mix of highly motivated and ambitious people both at the senior and junior level. Amazing growth over the past few quarters, translating into growth opportunities for all employees. Flexible timings.

      Cons

      Most of the work includes mundane reporting jobs. Very little work satisfaction on most days. Limited exposure to business aspects of the market and consulting and recommendation are encouraged but not facilitated.
