HR & Admin sucks Food sucks and if you dont reach on time nothing is left Promises ESOPs but its never given Salary bands are not transparent Initial salary is linked to your college brand Promotions is linked to the performance but if your starting salary is low and you perform great then also you gain nothing because its all in % For doing the same job and handling the same amount of work there is great great differences in salary. Buddy are assigned to only those employees who have good terms with HR You are lucky if you receive a small gift when you complete a year. Most of the employees not get it thanks to HR Probation period goes on for more than a year again thanks to HR
