Thank you for your feedback and comments as to our opportunities for improvement. I will try and respond to most of them in order - here goes...
- We're constantly looking at ways for our teams and functions to work more closely together, and to improve our internal communications. These are major current projects being handled by our Project Management Office and new Chief Marketing Officer, Alison Arjoon.
- Fragomen is proud of the entrepreneurial spirit in our offices, blending a One Firm structure with license for individual Partners and leaders to operate autonomously. Sorry you feel this goes too far sometimes - would love to hear more.
- Our new CIO, Scott Angelo, is making great strides with making Fragomen's technology a market leader differentiator. Check out the following press release of our new Technology hub in Pittsburgh.

- We have made numerous adjustments with regards to our pay and additional benefits packages, and we will continue to do so.
- While we certainly respect our many well-tenured employees, we also strive to be a meritocracy, where production and performance are more important than time served.
- We take our review process, and developing our staff, seriously. So far this year we have promoted or transferred over 700 employees. If you feel we don't take development seriously, I'd love to hear more from you.
