      Pros

      Good camaraderie among non-attorney staff. The Firm tries hard to maintain energy and morale when the work starts to overwhelm -- communal baked goods on Fridays, employee appreciation week, holiday potlucks, etc. Good emphasis on community involvement and volunteerism.

      Cons

      The work is by nature endlessly repetitive; not much chance of change there but worth mentioning. Technology is also a constant struggle. Even when everything is working properly, the systems leave you wanting more in terms of functionality and ease of use.

      Pros

      Working on the corporate end of things upper management is a slow moving machine with a lot of office politics. Depending on how well you work with partners and show your worth to the firm, you CAN move up... There is a pro women work environment with lots of benefits for expecting mothers.

      Cons

      Please note this is only in regards to the corporate side. Corporate management needs to improve. High turnover rate because of how managers work and train their employees. Lots of work and OT for little compensation and appreciation.

      Wonderful and diverse staff, people are competent, hard working, and very friendly.

      Cons

      Low pay for the field. Lack of support from management. Poor talent retention.
