      Good benefits and the compensation is top dollar.

      Cons

      No work/life balance whatsoever. The management is cruel and often unreliable. There's no feedback. You will never be told if you're doing something well, but you'll be told every single time you're wrong.

      Pros

      Comfortable youngish culture with good work-life flexibility and a positive outlook. It's relatively easy to fit into the diverse employee population here.

      Cons

      Not sure these are exactly Cons but you will be very busy, always working to keep up with the newest immigration law changes and in an ever evolving environment.
