Pros
-PEOPLE! Everyone is cooperative and friendly, and creates an environment where you are constantly motivated to do your best. The teamwork is great, the leadership is great, and it is definitely like a family. Oftentimes, we hang out outside of work and that is always fun! Love our SF office environment in particular! Everyone is very intelligent and comes from diverse backgrounds, therefore you get a lot of insight and form new perspectives.
-PURPOSE! What this law firms stands for especially in current situations is another reason I stand by this firm. I believe that what my colleagues and I are doing is meaningful and truly helps the world become a better place.
-ATTORNEYS/MANAGERS! There is so much to learn everyday, and the attorneys and managers at Fragomen have always been available and are always willing to help even in the busiest times. They have passion and drive, and I could honestly say that I have found new mentors to look up to.
-FAST-PACED! The learning curve is definitely steep, but if you are ready for a challenge, this is the place for you.
