      We have the chance to work with people from all around the world; We have contacts with big companies; Fragomen is a multinational company with visibility on the immigration field.

      Cons

      In Brazil we do not have an IT department; Salary could be raised; Some protocols in Fragomen are not necessary.

      Glass ceiling for non-attorneys, superfluous and officious HR management, senior management often made changes before thinking through consequences.

      Pros

      Firm is extremely friendly for newcomers and level-entry positions. Managers and attorneys are nice, patient and willing to help. Co-workers are equally as helpful. There is a nice work-fun balance and which makes the environment a lot less stressful.

      Cons

      The pay could be better.
