      Structural Inequities

      1. Your coworkers - the hiring committee really knows how to pick the best and brightest. 2. Challenging work - the Paralegals learn to do everything the Attorneys do except for recruiting new clients

      Cons

      The company does not seem to care about keeping Paralegals. They would rather train and hire new Paralegals than pay for a raise or other incentives for their current employees. As a result, there is a very large turnover rate among Paralegals within the firm. Eventually, doing 100% of the drafting and most of the client communication for 1/3 - 1/5 the pay of the Attorneys and Partners gets old.

      HR team are great!! Cannot fault them in any way. Oh and it's opposite a really good bar...

      I'm thoroughly surprised that so many people reviewing on here lasted so long! I worked at Fragomen for 3 months which was 2 months and 3 weeks too long. The first week was great, good praise and mentoring, until the second week when you are left to your own devices and get serious attitude from management when asking questions. I had more help from my colleagues than ever from my manager. Making one mistake will lead I disciplinary action, so if you are a firm believer of "try and try again" and "you learn from your mistakes", like myself, then this place is not for you. Absolutely diabolical management techniques. I can only imagine that the Fragomen management training slides begin with "how to insult and belittle your employees".
