Pros
Fralock has come a long way from where it was 13 years ago. I can see the executive management team working hard to make Fralock a welcoming place to work. They recently started a mentoring program, which is great. Hopefully, they will open this program up to everyone that is actually interested and not just the employees they chose. I think this is a good place to work but they need to make it a great place to work.
Cons
I would like for Fralock to invest and develop their current employees so they can be prompted within the company. Come review time they tell you what a great job you have done for the year but when you see your raise it makes you wonder how much they really value the "great job" you did.
