      Pros

      The company is continually acquiring new companies which compliment their current product, Good hard working employee. Company is constantly reviewing process looking to improvement opportunities.

      Cons

      Fralocks growth has introduced growing pains, some more difficult the others. Some employee are having difficulty with the changes the company is implementing.

      -If you're ambitious, you will flourish -Very friendly working environment -Opportunities to learn and expand on your career -Stable job if you're able to perform -Bonus dependent on company performance -PTO and sick days

      Cons

      -The culture within the company is terrible -Communication between departments is disconnected -Employee reviews are degrading to most (favoritism is evident) -Most management lacks interests in supporting their employees -Some management can be very disrespectful and self-centered -Skilled long-term foreign employees are paid less than new incoming and less skilled employees
