Mission and values, flexible schedule.

Cons

Absolute terrible leadership. All they know how to do is pay consultants to come in and say what all of their employees are saying. Except, when the employees say something, their opinion doesn't matter, it's not valued, and it falls on deaf ears. It is truly shameful because those senior executives are literally making millions to bankrupt the Sisters.

Too many Chiefs Too many channels to go through for approvals Too many Yes people in leadership and not enough push back from the leaders demanding things be fixed for the better. In regards to advancement. Experience doesn't matter if you don't have a Bachelors degree.
