Great, if you're a Partner

Pros

Good culture with lots of nice to people to work with on the lower ranks. Brian Kreischer, Managing Partner, is phenomenal, and a great leader.

Cons

Mediocre benefits. No upside as a non-Partner. Comp is under-market. Limited transparency and appreciation from Partners. Good for a few years as a staffer, but becomes less rewarding and worthwhile as one advances their career. Better opportunities elsewhere, particularly in the Bay Area.

Pros

The people they hire are great to work with. The work is mediocre but the people make it worth it. Compensation for accounts are above average, which is nice.

Cons

Senior management does not know how to perform their jobs. They try very hard to be a big 4, but they're not. Leadership does not know how to perform C-level duties. Corporate offices and website "look nice" but when push comes to shove during a recession for example, when everyone else cut out office parties, they still had a glamorous one. Senior management publicly annouced that they were NOT doing lay offs, but 2 months later, they did 3 rounds of lay offs. On top of that, they did not even provide severance packages for the people they laid off. Even during the lay-offs, they threw a pricey "post tax season party." Human Resources are a joke, including the performance review process.
