Pros

FrankCrum is a thriving family business and a great place to enjoy a corporate career. The Crum family takes pride in the talented people here, the facilities and the way we provide service to our clients. They even offer a full cafeteria on campus that they supplement so we can have extraordinary meals at a reduced price.

Cons

For me it's a bit of a commute from Tampa, but well worth the time. FrankCrum doesn't offer flex time or a trendy culture, so if that's important to you there may not be a fit.
