Pay was good. No weekend or after hours work and set hours.

Cons

Insurance was worthless unless you paid for the top plan that was over prices for a place that sell insurance. Work load was way to much and to many thing that should be different departments on the help desk. IT management spoke to staff in a threatening way. None IT staff harassed and verbally abused the IT support staff.

Frank Crum have so much to offer when it comes to opportunities and the are huge benefits that are offered as well. There is nothing better when you are working alongside other people who are solely dedicated to produce the best quality of products for others.

Cons

My position was direct contact with everyone whom I produced and served food to. Being honest, not everyone has a good day and that is counting myself, so there is that contingent interaction you may encounter but it’s no fault of anyone it happens to everyone everywhere and it is extremely a rare occasion. Personally I cope with that in a humorous way and it worked 99% of the time.
