      Pros

      I've only been with FI for a few months, but so far it's been amazing. I was very choosy when leaving my former position of 15 years and I'm so glad I took the leap of faith based on the information I received during the interview. The people are kind and the managers want you to succeed. There's no finger pointing, just a lot of really great team work. I'm so glad I made this move!

      I have not found any negative things about FI.

      Pros

      Really took care of employees. Flexible schedule adaptive to family life/work-life balance. Okay pay but great benefits. Very clean and up-to-date office.

      Cons

      Pay is moderate, but justified through good benefits.
