Their Regional Directors are down to earth, incredibly intelligent, and a team you can truly depend on. They know the business and they support their Field Managers in their mission to grow FI’s reach across the nation. Their benefits packages are competitive and they offer a bonus that is shared to all employees regardless of title. Each day there are two breaks where employees are encouraged to take that time to refresh. They offer fruit and pastries during the morning break, and employees are free to take a walk outside or enjoy the down time in the break area. They have moved to business casual (better yet, dress for your day).
