People that don't drink the cool aid made from the Cass River are not accepted. Half the corporate office are related, if your not part of the sick family, you will never be! The management team is terrified of any controversies. They will do amazing things to avoid any disagreement with agents or their insureds. Underwriting will accept businesses tey know nothing about. Claims will pay anything. A phrase often heard "Got an estimate, get a check." This is systematic. Their relationships with vendors are way to close.
