Leadership cares about employees and does a great job at succession planning which perpetuates a good company culture.

Cons

Hardware provided is a bit behind the industry standards - hard phone and mini desktop is standard vs laptop and soft phone. Other than, no cons.

Benefits are solid. Systems very easy to use. Good sense of community and support from coworkers.

Cons

Pay structure and amount is lower than industry average. Advancement opportunities limited and do not come up often. Underwriters constantly stuck between a rock (leadership decisions & guidelines) and a hard place (catering to agent needs.)
