      1. Friendly, hard-working staff 2. Good corporate culture 3. Growing organization - opportunities for professional growth

      Cons

      Salaries for engineers could be higher, but Madison, WI is known for having engineering salaries on the low side due to the number of engineers graduating from UW & the relatively small number of engineering jobs (not a lot of manufacturing companies in the area)

      You need to be comfortable to work in a fast paced environment and if change bothers you, Franklin isn't going to be a fit. You might call this "Growing Pains" I see this as continuous improvement.
