      You will be working with great people and you will also be helping to make your world more energy efficient. There are great opportunities for growth if you are willing to move to other parts of the country.

      Cons

      Contract work can end and opportunites for growth can be limited by the office that you work in.

      Pros

      Kind people focused on a mission. Remote work culture is good. Promote internally for junior roles. Fun and inclusive if you are on the right team or are a white male from the Midwest.

      Cons

      Trend followers, not innovators Lack of diversity and lack of inclusion. Don’t expect anyone to ask how you are doing. Lack of focus and vision for where the company is going. Senior Leaders don’t trust middle managers. Don’t include their own subject matter experts in decision making and strategy. No training for growth or advancement. No funding for company events or team building which is hard because we are all remote. Horrible vacation schedule and no way to earn additional days through vacation buy program.
