      Pros

      -Fast paced -Health oriented -Bonus structure -In house training -Good sense of community and teamwork -Great culture Despite growing quickly over the last 5 years, Franklin has managed to hold on to the small company culture for the most part.

      Cons

      The fast growth has left something to be desired. It comes with sometimes a lack of organization and understaffing.

      Franklin cares about it's employees, encouraging development classes, taking your PTO and having down time at work,

      Cons

      They hire as little people possible to do the work - being over worked and underpaid is definitely a problem here.
