Pros
I love working for Franklin because the people I work with are amazing; everyone brings a unique perspective and we're a little like family. Franklin offers a lot of opportunity to train and expand your knowledge base if you are willing to learn and take initiative. Working here is a lot like a "choose your own adventure" book if you are willing to take responsibility for your own success.
Cons
It can be difficult to get straight answers from management. Sometimes it seems like there are too many cooks in the kitchen and no one is working off of the same recipe. Due to the nature of the EE industry (and being at the mercy of a contract) job security can be unstable, employees are often underpaid and expected to do more with less.
