Pros

Still run like a small company, even though they are over 350 people and growing quickly. Each office runs fairly autonomously.

Cons

Unusually low pay given industry, but they expect alot of turnover, so maybe it works for their model. Fast growth has resulted in lack of direction sometimes.

Growing pains, but room to grow

Pros

Lots of room for growth and development if you can carve out your own role - and not step on any toes. Lots of opportunity for wearing multiple hats and instituting your own process.

Cons

Growing pains. It can be hard to focus on your core strengths because you need to roll your sleeves up and get it done so much, you'll find you are multi-tasking outside of your job description or you are coping with lack of institutional protocol.

This company has an amazing amount of opportunities with all of the buzz around energy. Excellent business model with great people to work with.

Cons

The pay was so so for a Senior Level Engineer.
