Fraser employs major account executives who have both industry experience and knowledge needed to handle larger clients’ needs. As with many entry-level positions, high turnover can happen. But with Fraser's outstanding Sales Training program, all new sales representatives can be highly successful in our company. This is evidenced by two rookie reps earning their way into the President’s Club during their first year with the company. While that isn’t the “norm” for new reps, our training program certainly shows it can be done.
