      I came to Fraser after 18 years with a manufacturer. Going to a dealer has been the best career move that I could have made. Fraser has been a wonderful place to work, I am challenged every day, I have been given opportunities that I couldn’t have even imagined in my past job. Every employee from Sr Mgt to my coworkers has been wonderful to work with. Fraser cares, and cultivates a family culture that really makes you want to work harder, and go the extra mile!!!!

      Thank you for your positive review of your current position with Fraser. We are so glad you are enjoying your experience. With our new vacation policy, once an employee reaches five years, they will receive an extra vacation day up through ten years. We hope to further improve the vacation time in the future, and believe that our vacation time policy matches or exceeds that of others in the industry.
