The best benefit package. Very intelligent, diverse group of people. Company has great social events to show appreciation to its employees. There is a professional growth opportunity for anyone who can see it. Laid back environment. Open door policy that allows you to discuss your concerns at any management level.

Cons

As in any non profit, grant funded- the pay is low compared to industry. the distribution of work load and the deadlines could be sometimes frustrating, but probably unavoidable due to the specifics of the organization.

Nice and bright building. Lots of smart people around. Summer and x-mas events. Work from home possible if required.

Cons

Construction of the building requires lots of repairs - at least once a month (sometimes several times a week) rather noisy, disturbing the work. Salary could be better. As it is a public research insitut It is very hard to get a permanent position.
