      Good place to work in retail.

      *The people. *Good health care benefits. *Ability to move up in the company or laterally into different departments.

      Cons

      *Management did not rotate every few years to different stores like they should. *Time clock is at the front of the store, not where you come in at.

      Pros

      A great place to work if looking for temporary seasonal work or if you're looking for a stable income. If management sees potential in your abilities there are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and be promoted. (Along with Pay) Scheduling is flexible if notice or agreement is given. Great company culture.

      Cons

      If you're a younger adult or around high school age, expect to have a position that is suited for that experience. If you're looking for better positions at that age a committed work relationship will be expected. Meaning the lower end jobs.

      The experience changes with the management and coworkers. I've been lucky and had more good than bad.

      Pros

      Full benefits for part-time (25 hours a week). Most managers are flexible with availability for part-time employees. Depending on location, the regular customers are great.

      Cons

      There is a journeyman pay scale. Once you top out you can no longer get raises. Cost of living increases are not much and not very often.
