Pros
Many different departments, locations, and career paths ...corporate offices are mostly local still which increases opportunity. Fantastic health insurance.
Cons
Store-As with most retail the store schedule comes first and the employees personal life is irrelevant. This is understandable from time to time...but depending on your department, your supervisor and they type of job you have it's crazy. The amount of work being put on store management is out of control. At the Main Office the different departments don't speak to each other and there there is a giant gulf between them as well as between the office and the store.
